Lifestyle lures New Zealand finance and accounting workers away from God own country. In a Survey by Robert Half of 5200 professional in 17 countries it showed a fundamental shift in the reasons for New Zealanders looking to go over sea's. Thirty Seven per cent of managers said that balancing work and family life was the most difficult aspect of heir jobs, surpassed only by the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore.
