June 18th 2009 - UK immigrants happier in NZ than Australia

Source: AAP

Brits who settle in New Zealand wind up happier than those who settle on Australian shores, a survey has found.

A survey of 2,000 British immigrants living in 12 different countries found that those in New Zealand had the highest quality of life.

Australia placed third after Canada and before France and the United Arab Emirates.

New Zealand topped the chart in the NatWest International bank survey largely because property prices and tax rates were relatively low and lifestyles were more healthy and less stressful.

If you have further enquiries on immigration to the UK, NZ, Australia, Singapore or the USA, please contact Ambler Collins and we will undertake a complimentary assessment of your eligibility. Email us at; info@amblercollins.com
